Description:
LC3000 I semi-preparative gradient system is designed for laboratory processing flow gradient elution conditions 50mL/min purification. The flow range suitable for inner diameter is 20 to 30mm chromatographic column, which can meet the single purified milligram to gram purification demand samples obtained, the purity and yield of the best. It is mainly used for separation and purification to gradient elution sample preparation. LC3000 I semi-preparative gradient system is also used in the preparation method validation and optimization. It will analyze the resulting liquid chromatography preparative chromatography conditions magnified to semi-preparative chromatography system; verify preparative chromatography conditions to further optimize the recommendation system.
